The Bunny Van: Need decorating ideas for ALC

I need ideas on how to dress up the rental van in a bunny theme! How can I make a set of ears and a tail that's quick and cheap for the van? (I have very little time, like half a day, at home to do this between my trips.)
Any other suggestions?

Here's the back story.

Like last year I'm on the Sweep Team with Ken. For those who aren't familiar, the Sweep Team is a group of 14 vans that drive up and down the route supporting the cyclists. We pick up people that can't continue riding for what ever reasons. (Fatigue, equipment failure, etc). We also make sure that they're following road safety rules and cheer them on physically and emotionally.
Last year I wore this goofy bunny hat and it seemed to bring smiles to people's face. (OK, so I have this thing for bunnies, but they don't need to know that! LOL)

This year the Sweep Team captains encouraged us to do themes. Ken, like a fool, let me pick it... so I'm going for the "Bunny Van"
I have the bunny hat for me. I am going to make him wear bunny ears. (Tall, handsome, black man in designer shades and pink bunny ears.)

Help me out and I promise pictures! (Blackmail material? LOL)

hmm for the tail I suggest that poly-fil you can get at craft stores. Attach it to a big piece of cardboard and then spray aqua net over the top to hold the outside (or get some white netting)

EARS?? I am not sure.. perhaps styrafoam?
